Check it out guys this is L.E.$ from the dirty, to be more specific, Texas and he is seriously doing big things right now. He’s done many collabs with some pretty big names in hip-hop, including Bun B, and this mixtape isn’t any different. Menace is his latest mixtape, dropping earlier today. The artwork of this mixtape has a little bit of a familiar feeling, but the lyrics and beats are surely referencing some real Cali classics. Dope, It’s Dom

Over at The Biz we like to stay up on our music game so today we wanted to feature an up and coming rapper out of South LA, more specific, Leimert Park.  He goes by Dom Kennedy and is “the best since Bobby”. He stays true to his own style and consistently has dropped independent mixtapes since 2008 with dope tracks after dope tracks. He doesn’t rely on getting big name features or big name producers, he just stays in his lane and does his thing rapping on a variety of beats.

We’ve had the privilege of seeing him in concert twice and both times he rocks perfect sets for the crowd always sounding true to his recordings and playing the songs we know and love. On June 28th he will drop his newest mixtape From the Westside with Love II , which already has promising singles.
